They're like little kids...

I used to pull this when I was a kid. I'd ask my mom, who would invariably say "no." Then I'd ask my dad who would often say "yes." Until, that is, he got wise and would ask me "what did mom say."

If one of the librarians tells them no, we can't do that...they move two steps down the desk and ask the other. Its really irritating - especially when my colleague tells them exactly the same thing.
